Learn neutral spine, how to breath and how to recruit your deep core muscles.  This semi private class prepares you to enter a fitness regime, mat Pilates class, improve your game or just enhance function without injuring yourself. 


Foot Fitness

30 minutes

Foot Fitness will empower you to heal foot, ankle, and knee problems such as plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuromas, Achilles tendonitis,”runner’s heel”, fallen arches and bunions. This work is profound and will give you lasting permanent relief! 




The GYROKINESIS® Method is practiced with a mat and stool, no equipment. The spiraling, undulating, fluid movements with corresponding breath patterns create space, decompression, and support, opening energetic pathways in the body, stimulating the nervous system, gently massaging the internal organs, and increasing awareness in the body, leaving participants with a sense of calm at the end of class. Don't let this gentle class fool you- regular practice will result in an incredible deep strength and connection through the spine and body, and will increase mobility and range of motion in a challenging workout.


 Mat Pilates

60 minutes

Improve breathing, increase flexibility and strength while focusing on control and core recruitment.  These exercises challenge the mind body connection while balancing the body for improved posture and function.


Healing Stretch (Tai Chi Foundation)


Tai Chi Chung is an open-ended version that scales from gentle mat stretches and rehab moves to moves for balance, flexibility and strength.

Yamuna Body Rolling® 


Body Rolling will enhance performance in any sport or fitness program. It will give you the tools to create a toned, structurally aligned body. It is a weight-bearing stretch that works the muscle's entire length, including tendons. Body Rolling is a much more effective tool for those looking to enhance muscle length and range of motion.

Baby Beach Yoga / Prenatal Yoga


Now you can flow, sweat and savanna with Baby Beach Yoga. This yoga class will fire up your core strength as you practice power posture alignment flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement. See you on the mat. Namaste.

Beach Bikram Yoga (heat not increased for this class)


Restore, Reboot, and Rebuild with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing. This class is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissue and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection.
